Don't stop. Hearing your voice, slightly out of breath, adds something that a written commentary can't.<BR/><BR/>Though you cut the tempo part of the run short, its quite impressive that you hit your desired pace & held it. Despite Toronto's horrid weather this winter, it sounds like your training is progressing well. Your persistence is paying off.
