I was just reading Guide to Road Racing new from Runners World and they say you should massage the achilles. That's a common complaint for people who do a lot of hill work, which I'm sure you are doing to try and prepare for Boston. Just stay away from the hills for a bit. You're in your taper now so it won't hurt to go flat for a while.<BR/><BR/>I can't believe you are in your taper already! You are going to do awesome in Boston.
