Good luck, Dave. It's been fascinating keeping up to date with your training over the past months. Having done all the hard work, it's now time to relax and enjoy the race (Can you tell I'm jealous!) Have a great race and I can't wait to see how you got on!
Thanks folks! It was probably the most painful run I've ever done (ask me again after the Cabot Trail Relay in five weeks, though), but the most satisfying by far. An amazing experience.
I'm a Brit, living far from home in Toronto - a 'Britnadian' if you will.
By day I'm an Account Director and head of the Social Media practice at Thornley Fallis Communications.
By night I'm an obsessive distance runner.

Thanks Chris! It's been tough but rewarding. Plus, I've raised almost $2,200 for cancer research in the process.
Definitely worth it.
Good luck today!
Wow Dave! 3:18:30! That's amazing! What a great time and great finish. Can't wait to hear all about it. Congratulations.
Great finish Dave. Great job!
