Dave! I've been worried about you! With your heart scare, and the extra tests, and then no updates on this blog.
Be cautious. Remember that your goal (as stated on this blog at least)is not to pb at Boston. So if you need a few extra days off, and a transition back to the bigger mileage, then do it. There are few at the Runners Shop that run just a bit slower, with only slightly lower mileage. Join us for a bit.
I'm a Brit, living far from home in Toronto - a 'Britnadian' if you will.
By day I'm an Account Director and head of the Social Media practice at Thornley Fallis Communications.
By night I'm an obsessive distance runner.
