I'm still in awe of these posts that are you talking. That's so cool! It's like a podcast on your blog - so is that a blogcast? podblog?
Anyway, great run! I sometimes listen to podrunner podcasts on my runs and they are pretty easy to get lost in and forget how long you've been running. I love when that happens. It's just something special when everything comes together to make for a great run that feels like you could go forever. Good job!
