This week has been insane. In the last four days I've worked about 49 hours, which has left... almost zero time for running.
I managed to hit the treadmill tonight, but after 8km/36 minutes I got a brutal stomach cramp and had to stop (eating is another thing that has suffered).
I have tomorrow off work so I'll try to make up some of the mileage - perhaps a 22km blast in the morning.
