Back At It!

No route map today, no witty insights (did I ever have them?) and no on-the-road recordings. Just good news.

Not wanting to get caught 5km from home if my back went again, I ran indoors today. I did a comfortable 44-minute 10km on the treadmill with no pain whatsoever.

Phew!

I can feel a tiny bit of stiffness now, so I'll see how it feels tomorrow before I decide whether to do my scheduled 18km or not.

For now, my overwhelming feeling is of relief - I was starting to get pretty antsy without my daily stress blow-off.
